Account Eligibility
To register for and maintain a player account on MrLuck88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

Account Registration

4.2 Account Security

MrLuck88 will never request your password via email, Live Chat, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. 4.3 KYC Verification

Deposits & Withdrawals
MrLuck88 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for Malaysian players. Supported channels include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency options including BTC, USDT, and ETH. All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
6.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most supported payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of approximately USDT 20. Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time. MrLuck88 does not charge processing fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply independent charges.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit or to a verified bank account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MrLuck88 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and technology on the MrLuck88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, interface layout, game content, software code, databases, text, images, graphics, audio, and video — are the exclusive property of MrLuck88 or are used under valid license from third-party rights holders.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without prior written authorization from MrLuck88.
Any unauthorized use of MrLuck88's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and will be addressed accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MrLuck88, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
MrLuck88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any specific game outcome is guaranteed. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems and are subject to the inherent variance of the games offered.
MrLuck88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using MrLuck88, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. MrLuck88 accepts no responsibility for gambling-related financial losses incurred by Players. Play responsibly. For players aged 21 and above only.
Account Suspension & Closure
MrLuck88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 09.
- Chargebacks initiated by the Player or their payment provider against MrLuck88.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
- Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon permanent account closure, any verified Player Funds remaining in the account will be returned to the Player net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. The return of funds is subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and AML compliance checks.

Amendments to Terms

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MrLuck88 holds its primary operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent MrLuck88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
